Meet Dr Helen – a respected GP and a Health Coach who blends experiences as a doctor with powerful coaching skills, creating healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes for her patients.  She takes a unique, evidence-based approach to healthcare and enlightens her patients to listen to their body, identify their values and transform their health and wellness goals into action.

What is the ‘Health and Body Transformation Program – Be a Better You in 90 Days’?

Dr Helen’s contemporary 90 Day program is a unique experience, which is powered by scientific-evidence, but tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your goals.

It involves weekly 1-hour sessions for 12 weeks, which are based around your schedule.  These can be done over the phone, video consultation or face to face to suit you. During the 12 weeks you will learn to listen to your inner wisdom, identify your values, learn how to set up the conditions for inevitable success, find out which foods and exercise are right for your body and turn these healthy habits into behaviours that last so they become a normal part of your daily routine and lifestyle!
